Privacy policy

What we collect

Your name, email and sign-in provider; the photos you upload and the images you create; your orders and shipping address; and basic analytics about how the site is used.

Why

To run your account and studio, to make and deliver your orders, to take payment, to prevent abuse and to improve Toonzon.

Who we share it with

Google Firebase (accounts and data), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (image storage), OpenRouter and the image model provider (to generate your images), Stripe (payments) and our print and fulfilment partner (printing and shipping). Each only receives what it needs.

How long

Your images stay until you delete them or close your account. Order records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Email support@toonzon.com. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
