How does Toonzon work?

Add one or more photos, choose a style (or write your own prompt) and our studio draws it in about 20 to 60 seconds. You can keep going while it draws. Then put the image on any product in the shop and we print it to order.

Which photos work best?

Well-lit photos where faces are clearly visible and roughly facing the camera. You can add up to 16 reference images: several people, a pet, a place or an outfit, and the model uses all of them.

Can I make fan art of cartoons and films?

Yes, for fun and downloads: The Simpsons, LEGO, Star Wars and many more. Those characters belong to their studios, so fan art can’t be printed on products. Some famous characters are refused by the model itself; if that happens your credits come straight back.

Who owns the images I make?

You do. Download them in full resolution and use them however you like, as long as you have the rights to the photos you upload and you are not copying someone else's characters or trademarks.

What is a credit?

Credits pay for image generation. An image costs 1 credit at Draft, 2 at Good, 3 at Great and 4 at Best quality. Everyone gets 25 free credits every month, and failed generations are refunded automatically.

Do credits expire?

Credits from packs never expire. Monthly free and plan credits refresh every month.

How long does delivery take?

Each product is made to order in 2 to 5 business days, then shipped. The bag shows an estimate for your country before you pay. Most European orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days.

Can I return a product?

Because each piece is personalised, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. If something arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email support@toonzon.com with a photo within 30 days and we will reprint it or refund you.

Who prints my order?

Our print partner, from the production facility closest to you. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.

Will my print look sharp?

The product designer checks the resolution for you. If it warns that a print may look soft, make the image smaller on the product or generate it again at Best quality.
